The Imaginary Revewer is Going Away For a While

The Imaginary Reviewer will be spending the next seven days in a shack somewhere very remote, without access to the Internet, television or food. Because of the stuff about kidnapped mailmen in my last post I have to get away for a while, until the heat dies down, which I believe will be a week at most (the hierarchy of kidnapping importance goes as follows, from most important to least: Blonde child; politician; not-blonde child; policeman; ugly child; postman; everone else).

But put away your handkerchiefs and your shotguns, for there will be Imaginary Reviews while I am away, thanks to the wonders of Blogger's new Future Posting tool. I have written some excellent critical analyses and set them to appear on my usual posting days of Wednesday and Friday, so you shan't be without your favourite writings. Ain't I luvverly?

Of course, I won't be able to respond to your no-doubt plentiful comments until I get back, but please don't let that deter you from reminding me how much you all love my brilliant blog.

Until next week, this isn't goodbye, this is merely adieu.

You never disappoint. Even in absence.

Heals: I haven't seen that film, but I did see The River Wild recently. Utter shite.

Falwless: Thanks! I'm back now, having enjoyed multiple mosquito attacks and some unwanted attention from an actual, real-life leech. I feel like a Vietnam vet.
